1. Membership Network

Every Chamber member receives a copy of the annual Membership Directory, which lists every member alphabetically and includes all contact in-formation for that member. Since Chamber members are encouraged to do business with other Chamber members, the Membership Directory is a valuable tool to the Wellington Chamber business community.

2. Advertising/Promotion Opportunities

Throughout the year, the Chamber offers its members the opportunity to promote their business in conjunction with Chamber events and activities.

3. Business Information

Members receive the monthly Chamber Newsletter, Chamber Chatter. Reading the newsletter keeps you informed of the many activities made possible through memberships like yours. Members are also allowed to put their business or event flyers in the Chat-ter. The first time it's free!

4. Promotional Assistance

The Chamber staff along with the Chamber Ambassadors offer help in ribbon cutting and ground breaking ceremonies and we can help your business too. Just ask!

5. Business Promotion

Business After Hours (BAH), Morning Coffees, Third Thursday Lunches, the Annual Meeting, and other events throughout the year offer great opportunities to Chamber members to discuss their products and services with other local professionals and businesses.

6. Committees

You will have an opportunity through our numerous task forces and committees to become involved in promoting a better community. Committees are a great chance to form connections with potential clients,
customers, and suppliers.

The Chamber works hard to ensure that local businesses have what they need to succeed. Let us know what your special needs are!

8. Referral Service

Through our referral service, the Chamber refers hundreds of potential customers to Chamber members each year. You should be one of those businesses we refer!

9. Seminars/Education

The Chamber offers seminars and educational training to help meet the various needs of local businesses. Chamber members receive a discount on the cost.

10. Shop at Home

The Chamber also promotes the "Shop at Home" concept through the use of Wellington Bucks, which are good only with Chamber members. The Chamber helps to keep thousands of dollars per year in Wellington.

11. Tourism

With the addition of the Convention & Visitor's Bureau to the Chamber office, plans are being implemented to increase tourism in Wellington. More visitors to town means increased business!

12. Media Opportunities

The Chamber of Commerce does a monthly tab in the Wellington Daily News. Chamber members are invited to contribute story ideas, free of charge. The Chamber also does a Chamber newscast every Friday on Studio 55. Chamber businesses are featured every week. Get your business scheduled today!
